Shopify needed to communicate complex concepts, such as circular economies and fan-driven social engagement, in a way that felt dynamic and accessible.
Collaborating closely with Wild’s team, we shaped the film’s design and brought it to life through animation. With a mixed-media approach, using a blend of collage techniques, 2D animation, and touches of cel animation, we added fluidity to characters and transitions. This approach allowed us to visualize abstract concepts from Shopify’s white paper in an engaging and visually compelling way, driving viewers to explore the full report.
